Question by questionar: What are healthy smoothies for breakfast and what should I eat with my smoothie?
This might sound weird but i was wondering if a strawberry-mango(mabey even bannana) smoothie served with some pasta in milk would be healthy. I figured pasta defintly gives you energy and its an old family recipe to put it in milk which also provides calcium. Im just trying to eat more fruit and vegetables.
