Dieting to Gain Weight

A proper weight gain diet is very important for those who are very thin and want to acquire some weight to make them look good. Following are a few tips which will help you in gaining weight by having the right kind food.

First, add high calorie food items in your diet. To gain weight, you need to have more calories than burnt by the metabolic activities of your body. The amount of calories which should be taken daily differs from person to person. However, if you want to gain weight, intake of more calories will be beneficial. Second, add protein rich foods like fish, soybean, egg white, beans etc. in your diet.

Protein is a body building nutrient. It is very important to develop muscle mass. Third, consume more carbohydrates in your diet. It is very important for providing energy to the body. The carbohydrates which will not be used by your body will accumulate in your body as fat and it will also help you to gain weight.

Fourth, add right kind of fats in your diet. Fat is very important to gain weight. Avoid those food items which have Trans and Saturated fats. Prepare your meals with canola oil, olive oil etc. which offers monounsaturated fats to your body.

Last but not the least, instead of having 2 or 3 meals in a day; take 5 to 6 small meals in a day. This will appease your hunger and will provide the source of energy to your body at different intervals in a day. Follow all the suggestions mentioned above, and get ready to gain weight.

if u dint want fat on your chest but want to get bigger there you r going to have to focus on that area with weight training of some sort the problem is that i think women who do this look unnatural or loose what boobs they had left if u r working out consistently and keeping up your cardio ad a Little extra calories and see what happens or my try not to focus on that area of your body hard to do

Simply change your intake, exercise is not as relevant as you’d think.
To gain, simple take in more calories than you burn.

Apart from being conciously eating generally healthy food, alot of tasty whole grain bread and sensible protein.
Just drink a protein shake every morning, that will give you more durable energy and give you lean strength. its all about protein to carb ratio.
one caveat, make sure the protein shake, if premade, which is much easier to sustain, has less than 200 calories and as little sugar as possible. That way you will burn fat and gain muscle.
If you are mindful, you can get things like ‘weight gain 4000′ which help muscle builders gain weight, those are a bit heavy at a typical 1000 calories a dose. I think in general, whether it is for gaining or losing, to achieve a good weight, making sure your intake of protein is high enough cannot be understated.
Exercise before or after protein intake will improve your muscle building.
